Piano Spirits ("the App") is a freestyle piano app developed by PHAM VAN DAT. Your privacy matters deeply to us. This policy explains clearly what data the App handles and how.
All recordings, settings, and preferences you create in the App are stored exclusively on your device. We have zero access to your content.
The App uses your device's microphone to record piano audio during screen recording. Audio is captured locally and stored on your device only — it is never uploaded or transmitted to any server.
The App may request access to your Photo Library to save recorded videos. These videos are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.
The App captures the piano stage view during recording sessions. Recordings are stored locally on your device only and are never transmitted externally.
The App may offer optional in-app subscriptions processed entirely through Apple's App Store via StoreKit. We do not collect or store your payment information — all transactions are handled by Apple.
To verify your subscription status and unlock Pro features, the App receives transaction information from Apple StoreKit (such as product ID, purchase date, and subscription status). This information is used solely to enable Pro functionality and is not linked to advertising or analytics. For details, see Apple's Privacy Policy.
The App uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics (by Google) to collect anonymous usage statistics and crash diagnostics. This helps us understand how the App is used and fix problems faster.
Data handling is governed by Google's Firebase Privacy & Security.
The App displays ads via Google AdMob for users on the free tier. Pro subscribers do not see any ads.

If you decline tracking via the ATT prompt, AdMob will serve non-personalized ads instead. You can change this anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Data shared with Google may be used for ad personalization and frequency capping. For details, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services and AdMob & AdSense Privacy.
To improve ad fill rate and revenue, AdMob mediates with third-party advertising networks. When mediation selects one of these networks to fill an ad request, the network's SDK (bundled in the App) may collect data — typically a hashed Advertising Identifier, coarse location, device information, and ad-interaction data — to serve ads. Each network operates under its own privacy policy:
If you decline tracking via the ATT prompt or revoke consent in Settings → Ad Preferences, mediation partners will be limited to non-personalized ads only.
The App includes the TikTok Business SDK for the sole purpose of attributing installs and in-app subscription events to TikTok Ads campaigns. The SDK transmits limited app-event signals (app launch, install, subscribe) and a hashed Advertising Identifier (only if you grant ATT permission) to TikTok. The App does not display TikTok ads or upload personal content to TikTok.

For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the App displays a consent dialog (powered by Google's User Messaging Platform) on first launch, asking for your consent to use third-party advertising services.
You can update or withdraw your consent at any time via Settings → Ad Preferences inside the App.
You can delete any recording at any time from within the App. Deleting the App from your device permanently removes all locally stored data.
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If this policy changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
